The Opportunity
Are you passionate about strengthening delivery, bringing structure to complex programs, and enabling technical teams to focus on what they do best? Do you want to play a central role in building resilience and protecting the organisation while supporting innovation?
We are looking for a Cyber Security Delivery Manager who is collaborative, organised and technically fluent, someone who can drive delivery outcomes across multiple domains and ensure the accuracy, visibility, and momentum of our cyber security initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong delivery experience and solid technical capability, who thrives on coordinating complex programs, engaging stakeholders, and guiding teams across multiple areas of responsibility.
At Liberty, technology is central to our business, and we are accelerating our use of automation and AI to drive innovation. This role ensures that security delivery keeps pace with this evolution while maintaining trust, compliance, and resilience.
You will balance the delivery of new initiatives, such as security uplift projects and issue remediation, with maintaining regulatory readiness across ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management), ISO 42001 (AI Management Systems), APRA Prudential Standard CPS 234 and the ACCC Consumer Data Right, ensuring the maturity we have achieved continues to be strengthened and sustained.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating delivery of Liberty’s cyber security program across the organisation, balancing new initiatives with maintaining established capabilities.
- Improving visibility and accountability of delivery through clear metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Delivering key security initiatives, including issue remediation and uplift projects, while maintaining regulatory readiness across relevant standards and compliance frameworks, such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, APRA Prudential Standard CPS 234, and the ACCC Consumer Data Right.
- Collaborating with cyber team members, stakeholders, and business units to align delivery with risk, compliance, and business outcomes.
- Removing delivery roadblocks and streamlining processes so security specialists can focus on achieving outcomes.
- Supporting team growth and performance through coordination, coaching and clear communication.
- Promoting a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and shared responsibility in delivery.
Enough about us, lets talk about you
- You bring strong delivery experience along with a solid technical background in cyber security or technology, enabling you to coordinate programs and contribute directly where required.
- You thrive on improving coordination, visibility, and accountability across multiple streams of work.
- You are comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align delivery with business needs.
- You are customer and risk focused, with a drive to ensure security outcomes are meaningful and measurable.
- You enjoy enabling others to deliver their best work by providing structure, clarity, and process.
- You are curious and resourceful, with a mindset that embraces innovation in automation and AI while keeping security at the core.
- You have an appreciation of regulatory obligations and experience working with relevant standards and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, CPS 234, and the Consumer Data Right.
