The Opportunity
What you'll be doing:
- Assess business lending applications from submission through to decision.
- Analyse financial and business information to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Apply lending policies, credit criteria and regulatory requirements.
- Identify creative lending solutions while maintaining sound risk judgement.
- Communicate decisions and rationale to internal stakeholders and partners.
- Contribute to a culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners.

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with commercial thinking and a customer-focused mindset.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in credit analysis, lending, underwriting or a related financial services environment.
- Strong financial analysis and decision-making skills.
- The ability to assess risk while identifying opportunities to support customers.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence explaining credit decisions.
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
- An interest in continuous learning and professional development.
